Public Realty Company (PRC) manages 250 residential rental units in the metro Denver area including apartment buildings, condos, duplexes, triplexes and single family homes.  We also handle the property management for the Thomas A. Bean Foundation. PRC handle the details of property management so you don’t have to worry.

As part of our services, Public Realty will:

• Execute the leases for all units

• Manage tenants

  • Review applications

  • Background and credit checks on all applicants

• Rent intake

• Pay expenses your behalf

• Handle property repair needs

  • Contract with vendors for repairs

  • Have unit cleaned upon tenant move out

• Provide detailed monthly statements of expenses (repairs/utilities) & income per property

• Disbursement of income
